A structure built to carry projects
Under the roof of C&N Vermögensverwaltung GmbH we bring together shareholdings, financing, project development and property holding in clearly separated companies.
Every development gets its own project company – from the land purchase through planning and building permission to completion. This keeps risks cleanly separated, makes the financing structures transparent and keeps decisions short. The group is run by its managing shareholders in person.

About us
A family business
We are a family business in the literal sense: Christian Ludes and Nele Kraska run the group together – as a married couple and as business partners.
That constellation creates something larger houses have to organise at great effort: short routes. There are no approval loops, no committees, no questions of responsibility. Whoever talks to us talks to the people who decide – and gets an answer the same day.
After 25 years of working together we know each other's strengths precisely. This division of labour has settled in over hundreds of negotiations, financings and building sites. It is the reason why the two of us can steer larger projects as well.
Christian Ludes and Nele Kraska
ManagementChristian Ludes has been self-employed since 2001 – first in financial services, later in project development. He is responsible for acquisitions, financing and the strategic direction of the group and is President of C&N Investment Group LLC.
Nele Kraska has been part of the company from the very beginning and is the second voice in every material decision. She is responsible for the commercial side of the group – from managing the portfolio to settling the projects.

Building structures, ordering shareholdings, setting up financings – what we developed for our own group we also bring into other ventures.

Acquisition, letting and management of residential and commercial property. We know our buildings in detail because we hold them ourselves.

Photovoltaics and energy concepts for our own neighbourhoods. Anyone building homes today has to think about the energy supply from the outset.

From the plot through building permission to handover. The field where everything comes together – and the reason we need the other four.
All under one roof
A development no longer needs five external partners. Financing, land, planning, construction and energy all come from within the group.

Holding and financing
C&N Vermögensverwaltung GmbH
Parent company of the group, based in Oldenburg. It holds the shareholdings and is responsible for the strategic direction and the capital resources of the subsidiaries.
C&N Investment Group LLC
Group-internal financing company in Delaware, USA. It raises debt capital exclusively for the group's own projects – no offer to third parties, no investment product.
KLM Beteiligung GmbH
The group's shareholding company. It bundles the shares in the operating companies and forms the link between the holding company and the investment companies.
Portfolio, commercial and energy
F&F Invest GmbH
Portfolio company for residential and commercial property. It holds and lets the group's buildings long term, among others in the Cloppenburg area.
Solar Exchange Europe UG
Company for renewable energy. It develops and operates photovoltaic solutions for the group's buildings and contributes to the energy supply of the neighbourhoods.
ILP Invest Group GmbH & Co. KG
Operating hub of the investment companies. It takes up funds, steers their allocation to the project companies and supports the developments commercially.
